The successful Safety Coordinator candidate must have above average communication skills with experience in dealing with all levels of management. In this role, you will perform inspections of job sites, facilities, equipment, and vehicles, must be certified to perform OSHA and/or MSHA training requirements and become certified to train others in CPR & First Aid procedures. Additionally, this individual will maintain awareness and information files of safety related requirements received of OSHA and other government agencies; and must be a positive team player.

The ideal Sr. Quality Engineer candidate should possess a BS/BA with a concentration in engineering, technology or other related fields and a minimum of 5 years experience quality assurance in manufacturing, construction, civil engineering or military applications. Knowledge of statistical quality assurance & continuous improvement processes, tools and applications is required. Specialized training or certification in Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9000/TS 16949 is strongly preferred. In this role, this individual will provide quality engineering and technical support to field operations, manufacturing, and wet-out in the application of quality assurance tools, techniques, and processes. Lead breakthrough projects and continuous improvement initiatives leading to the elimination of defects and waste. Some of the essential functions of this job will include formulating QA strategies, providing training, consulting and mentoring to team members in the development of quality improvement skills and the application of statistical tools across the organization, and supporting corporation wide ISO compliance.
