Insituform Technologies, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager. This position will have a wide range of HR-generalist responsibilities, including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee communications for locations throughout the Northeast and Midwest United States. Requirements for this position include a bachelors’ degree, plus a strong knowledge of federal and state human resources legal guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have eight (8) years related HR experience, plus specific experience in labor relations. A PHR/SPHR and/or advanced degree preferred. Candidates must be able to travel frequently.
