Returns are accepted, subject to goods being returned in an unused and resaleable condition. This includes any manufacturers packaging. The following Terms also apply:- The customer must contact us before the return of any products and obtain our prior consent and a returns number which must be quoted on all documentation. Incorrect Product: Our customers are experts in their own specialised fields and utilise the Goods for a multitude of applications specific to their business. To the best of our knowledge, the workability, reliability, and accuracy of the goods is of the highest quality but all goods are supplied on the understanding that Customers will use their own specialised skill and judgement in assessing the fitness of the Goods for the intended uses and the results and level of performance which will be derived therefrom. The customer has access to the website and USING THEIR OWN KNOWLEGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THEIR PROCESSES AND APPLICATIONS make direct selection of the product, the returns procedure can be used in the following ways: If the part number of the product received is different from that on the clients' order, the client may reject the item/s. Product will be replaced free of charge or a credit will be issued on return of the goods. In the case of incorrect quantities, shortages will be rectified by additional product being sent. If the quantity sent exceeds the quantity ordered, the surplus items should be returned to us and the return carriage charge will be re-funded. Faulty Product: On receipt, by the client, of a returns number. The faulty product should be shipped to us and, after inspection, will be replaced or re-funded, at our discretion. Any replacement product will be supplied free of charge. Customer Cancellation: Any purchase order, once placed, may not be cancelled or modified without our prior agreement. Any cancellation or re-stocking charge must be accepted by the client before any returns or re-funds can be agreed. Delivery or Return packing and carriage costs will not be re-funded. Damaged goods: See delivery Procedure and Terms: In all of the situations described above, returns can only be accepted with confirmation of our Sales Department.
