Based in Mansfield in Nottinghamshire, Hall-Fast was founded on the principles of offering our customers the choice of high quality branded and unbranded products with high levels of customer service, at affordable prices.
As an ISO9001:2000 accredited company; customers throughout the UK and in overseas markets are serviced with over 45 million stocked items, representing 48,000 standard product lines.

Our ISO 9001:2000 system is geared towards the identification, measurement and control of those key processes that affect both the quality of the product and the service offered to our customers. Along with an ongoing objective to improve our business performance we use the system to:

We will consider the adoption of other recognised methods of improvement relevant to our industry and the integration of other initiatives e.g. H&S, Environmental etc. where the introduction of the ISO disciplines would be of benefit. The establishment and review of quality objectives, along with the effectiveness and suitability of our Quality Management System, is reviewed annually.
