Glazing Refurb and it's high level leak repair team are currently working there way through the complete seal replacement of Maidenhead's Nicholson Centre.
Called upon to inspect the inherent leak problems our surveying team identified severe seal deterioration between the structurally glazed panels.
Accessing the glass at such height is always tricky so customised boardwalk systems utilising scaffold towers were designed and tested prior to use. Incorporating integral latch lines and secured via a secondary rope system our fitters are safely carrying out the works. All existing seals are being raked out with intrusive repair works to the drainage system carried out prior to the installation of Schuco specialist glazing tape and completed with the re-application of high specification structural silicone.
