This four-day course has been designed for the more
experienced process technicians and engineers who carry out mould tool trials and troubleshooting in order to improve productivity levels. The course is based on a systematic, logical approach in breaking the moulding cycle down into simple elements that can be optimised. It therefore highlights any reasons for failure of optimisation.
Three complete optimisation exercises will be undertaken to provide a strong understanding of all methods and concepts employed during the training. Software developed by G&A will be used for the final exercise with a copy of the results stored and provided for the participants to retain for use on return to their place of employment.
