The vibratory sieves in the range use mechanisms that deliver actions to achieve fast and reliable sieving results. The mechanisms are adjustable for different grades of material, while remaining as quiet as possible. This is achieved through careful balancing of the machines and by using high quality, low-noise motors. Speed of processing is achieved by ensuring the maximum surface area of the screens is used and blocking is minimised. In the case of materials where screen clogging is more likely, we can also equip our vibratory sieves with ultrasonic or mechanical deblinding systems. Our products are designed to impart a combination of rotary and vertical sieving actions. The rotary actions distribute the material quickly and evenly across the sieving mesh while the vertical actions aid throughput and help prevent blinding. Our two-way agitation designs are driven by powerful motors that are designed for extended operation, yet can be easily serviced or replaced. Farleygreene can also supply replacement motors for own-brand or third party vibration sieves.
