Following our NQA Audit which was carried out on Monday 5th September, we're pleased to confirm that our NQA registration has been recommended for another year.
The NQA assessment team noted "a very well controlled quality management system. There is clear commitment to continual improvement of business and quality processes throughout the organisation."
There were zero non-conformances reported and NQA were very supportive of the planned improvements for over the coming months.
Well done to everyone at ECL and thanks to the NQA assessment team.
