Dust Extraction System Servicing and Maintenance

As well as designing and supplying new equipment Dustair Limited can provide service and maintenance on either an annual contract or unit specific basis. This includes clean out and maintenance of dust control equipment as well as duct and entire system clean outs to prevent accumulation of extracted material. Maintenance of filtration unit includes re-bagging, clean down and refurbishment of dry filtration units as well as complete strip down and washing of wet/scrubbing units. Replacement filter media can be provided in four forms including tubular, envelope and cartridge type in various grades to suit the application. Materials such as polypropylene, polyester, cotton, anti-static or surface treated medias are typical, however high temperature applications requiring Nomex or other similar types of materials can also be supplied. Dustair Limited can provide a full range of components required for surface and maintenance for either reverse jet; mechanical shake or other forms of clean down/cleaning systems. All other work would be carried out in compliance with current Health and Safety requirements with the provision of necessary personal protective equipment and/or dust containment facilities if required for specialist materials. This includes removal of asbestos based products from filtration units and other hazardous materials.
