For many years, industry has recognised that effective component cleaning plays a vital role in manufacturing processes. Producing high-quality components invariably involves surface cleaning (degreasing) to remove oils, greases and other contaminants encountered during metal working operations.

Since our formation in 2001, D&S Ultra-Clean Ltd has been committed to providing safe, environmentally responsible products and services into both the solvent cleaning and aqueous cleaning equipment markets. We focus on working in partnership with our customers, using our vast experience & technical expertise in the degreasing sector to provide tailored solutions to degreasing and precision component cleaning problems.

Our comprehensive equipment range incorporates solvent cleaning systems compliant with the Solvent Emissions Regulations (SER) utilising vapour, liquid immersion and ultrasonic immersion processes. Our aqueous equipment covers bench top ultrasonic immersion tanks, through multi-stage ultrasonic immersion processes to industrial top, front and conveyorised spray wash systems.
