We've got everything in place to continue supporting you with our normal service levels Firstly, we hope that you are well and that you are staying safe during these challenging days. In these uncertain times, we wanted to reassure all our customers that Cherwell Laboratories remains fully operational and is focused on maintaining business as usual, whilst also working hard to minimise the risks for our employees. We have instigated various protective measures such as: Restricting visitors to site Increased availability of hand sanitisers Introduced additional cleaning around site Shared information with employees around identifying symptoms Reinforced the importance of good hygiene practices and social distancing However, we recognise that the COVID-19 outbreak will continue to impact our business and to mitigate this we are: Deploying home working where possible and practical Making use of some flexibility within our workforce who are cross trained Focusing on critical tasks Cancelling all non-essential business travel and meetings Our supply chain appears to be quite robust and dialogue with some of our key suppliers has confirmed that they have robust contingency plans in place. We recognise we are a small piece in an important supply chain which ultimately serves patients and our existing continuity planning had already identified actions we can take, such as ensuring we retain suitable stock reserves of critical raw materials and finished goods. We will continue to follow government advice and use this information to update our contingency planning and actions.
