Do you want to join our dedicated team? We are recruiting for a Recycling Service Operative. Within this role you will ensure that our clients’ recycling collections are completed to a high professional standard, safely and on time. To join us as a service operative you will be the sort of person who enjoys working to tight deadlines with other people as well as on your own. As the face of Changeworks Recycling you will demonstrate excellent commitment to customer service, and have a flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude. As part of the role you will be expected to lift and carry recycling bags of up to 15kgs and push trolleys of up to 250kgs. Working with PDA technology you will carry out around 50 collections a day, and will need a good geographical knowledge and the ability to organise your workload effectively. You will need a Category C, C+E or full non LGV driving licence. The basic hours of work are 40hrs, however due to the nature of the position we require a flexible approach to these hours.
