Can I just express my thanks at the efficient and speedy way that your company has dealt with my order.
I was faced with a breakdown of our JP oven on Thursday, which left us in a bit of a bind. I placed my order with you on Thursday for an Industrial microwave and a JP Oven.
The Microwave was delivered on Friday afternoon and the JP oven first thing this morning. It has really got us out of a bit of a bind and I thought I should pass on my thanks for such efficient service – I have to say, you certainly live up to your name. I’m all too aware that we quite often criticise poor performance but very rarely congratulate excellent service!
This is the first time that I have used your company, but I will certainly be adding you on to my suppliers list and recommending you to other schools.
