Our favourite part of Sakagura has to be the menu and how they are using Black Rock Grill. The guests can choose from a wide range of food to cook on the hot rock, including steak and seafood. Sakugura guests love cooking the food at the table whilst enjoying the atmosphere. Once the guests have finished their main course, they can enjoy a traditional Sake Barrel. The Black Rock Grill concept fits nicely with the Japanese theme and the concept is very simple. The waiter brings the hot rock and food to the table and the guest cooks the food to their preference meaning that no food is wasted or overcooked. Guests are also offered sides and sauces to go with the main dish. Having Black Rock Grill on the menu has changed the way that Sakugura guests eat their food and the Trip Advisor ratings speak for themselves: And there is more good news from Sakurgua London, they are having so much success with their Mayfair restaurant that they have announced they are opening another one – we can’t wait!
