The Valuframe system from Automation Supplies Ltd has been developed to answer the main drawback to the increased popularity of modular extrusion based aluminium profile systems. The focus of the Valuframe system is to bring a quality product to industry with all the essentials needed to make machine frames, guarding and modular frameworks but at a highly economical cost to the user.

The Valuframe system offers 3 families of profile. The Series20 profile is based on multiples of 20mm for the profile outside dimensions and also the slot spacing. The useable slot measures 5mm and there is a full range of connectors and parts available. The Series30 profile is based on multiples of 30mm for the profile outside dimensions and also the slot spacing. The useable slot measures 8mm and there is a full range of connectors and parts available. . The Series40 profile is based on multiples of 40mm for the profile outside dimensions and also the slot spacing. The useable slot also measures 8mm and there is a full range of connectors and parts available.

Changing systems to Valuframe is easy. Valuframe profiles and components such as connectors, infill materials, castors, leveling feet, handles, hinges etc. are also compatible with market leading profile systems, lowering the traditional barriers to change for the user.
