Originally founded in year 2000 by Dr. Yasin Zaka and Christine Hancock, ACT was established with the objective of providing superior levels of quality and service in the application of cosmetic and EMI/RFI shielding coatings to an extensive variety of different industries. Later, robotic spraying lines were added and we began supplying the automotive sector with coated parts for interior and exterior trim. Currently, the company operates on two sites, which are within 1.5 miles from each other. A Business Unit structure has been developed to guarantee that all customers receive the price and service levels they expect. The EMI Shielding and Cosmetic Finishing Business Units are both situated at our Park Lane site. Park Lane is a 17k sq.,ft site, which is conveniently located just off J2 of the M5. The plant includes 9 manual spray booths as well as one staubli robot for EMI Shielding and 9 fully enclosed manual spray booths which are for decorative finishing.
