You will have a key role within ALCA TOOLS, you will support the development of the branch by making proactive sales calls, buying products for our customers, and serving on the trade counter.

Key Responsibilities of the Role: •Generating sales and pro-actively seeking new business through telesales activities
•Processing customer enquiries & orders, primarily received over the telephone but also through written and email correspondence •Serving customers on the trade counter •Administration of local contracts and consignment agreements •Supporting all aspects of the general administrative running of the branch

Skills / Experience Required: •Previous customer service / sales experience, ideally gained within the industrial consumable market is essential •Experience gained within an engineering or technical environment is highly advantageous •A strong communicator you will excellent rapport and relationship building skills •The ideal candidate will be a positive, outgoing and a self motivated individual •You will be IT proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook •Situated locally to our Herne Bay head office
