We design many diecastings and work with our suppliers to supply these to the customers' requirements. Materials include Aluminium alloys, zinc alloys, magnesium alloys etc. Processes such as machining and surface finishing are part of our supplier base.
A specialised adaptation of this process called Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) is used to cast high temperature melting metals such as stainless steel. The process is restricted to small components but can be quite intricate in design. We can design for and source these components if required.
